Ngozi leads Labay Partners’ client engagements across government advisory, private equity support, and enterprise strategy. Before founding the firm, he spent two years at EY-Parthenon where he completed 25+ commercial due diligences across healthcare, infrastructure, industrials, education, and technology for leading middle-market and large-cap private equity firms. He then led engagements at T4, a boutique strategy consulting firm, before launching Labay Partners in 2024.

Ngozi grew up in Grenada and holds a B.A. in Economics from New York University.

When Ngozi is not advising clients, he’s on the tennis court.
